Maintenance Technician HVAC
About The Position
Seeking an apartment Maintenance Technician in Conroe, Texas. This is a full-time position. Responsibilities include responding to and completing residential service requests in a timely manner, painting, and grounds upkeep. The role also involves resolving maintenance issues in areas such as A/C, electrical, sheetrock repairs, plumbing, and appliance repair. Additionally, the technician will prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements, and maintain grounds and common areas. Providing outstanding customer service to residents is a key aspect of this role.
Requirements
- Must have the ability to be on-call (in a team rotation).
Nice To Haves
- HVAC and CPA certified is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
- Paint and pick up grounds
- Painting
- Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, sheetrock repairs, plumbing and appliance repair
- Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
- Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
- Provide residents with outstanding customer service
- Complete resident work orders in a timely manner
- Complete all make-readies consistent with company standards, in a timely, professional manner
- Cleaning and maintenance of grounds and pools, including common areas
