MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN- HVAC/Refrigeration Tech
About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our skilled nursing facility's Maintenance Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC and refrigeration, excellent mechanical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to perform a variety of general building repairs. This is a hands-on position responsible for helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and reliable environment for our residents and staff. We are looking for someone who is dependable, safety-conscious, takes pride in their work, and understands the importance of maintaining building systems in a 24/7 resident-care environment.
Requirements
- Experience with commercial HVAC systems
- Experience with refrigeration equipment
- Experience with electrical troubleshooting
- Experience with plumbing
- Experience with preventive maintenance
Nice To Haves
- EPA Section 608 certification
- Previous healthcare facility experience
