Larlyn Property Management is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Maintenance Technician / Handyperson to oversee all maintenance at a large condominium site located in south east Edmonton. Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the maintenance or construction industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of site staff team
- Proven ability to provide professional and reliable service to clients and residents
- Valid driver’s licence
- Reliable vehicle
Nice To Haves
- Pool operator license or willing to take course
Responsibilities
- Oversee all maintenance at a large condominium site
- Perform daily general maintenance tasks including basic electrical work
- Perform daily general maintenance tasks including basic plumbing work
- Note issues with boilers and call the contractor
- Perform repairs in suite and common property
- Perform minor painting
- Respond to after-hours emergency call-outs as required
