About The Position
The Maintenance Technician helps maintain the grounds, facilities, and amenities of the Condominium and reports to the Maintenance Supervisor. Approximately 95% of this position is performed outdoors. Typical duties will include janitorial duties, painting, pressure washing, and groundkeeper duties. Must have drywall repair experience. Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment as needed. Ability to work as part of a team.
Requirements
- Must have drywall repair experience.
- Ability to lift 50lbs. following appropriate procedures.
- English - Spanish language proficiency.
- Availability Tuesday through Saturday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

- Drywall repair experience is a plus.
