About The Position

Mayroad's mission is to create and foster long-term sustainable partnerships while ensuring the highest level of customer service and social responsibility. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining the physical condition and appearance of residential properties and other Mayroad assets, including structural, paint, plumbing, HVAC, steam, pressure washing, cleaning, and electrical work, depending on assigned core duties.

Requirements

High school graduate or GED; may be offset by experience.
Ability to pass a state and federal background check to obtain access to the Air Force installation.
Ability to pass a 12-panel pre-employment drug test.
Valid, unrestricted REAL-ID compliant driver’s license required to drive on the Air Force Installation.
Ability to read, understand, interpret, and communicate work-related information and documentation in English, both verbally and in writing.
Experience performing residential maintenance and repair work across multiple skilled trades, including carpentry, plumbing, basic electrical, and HVAC systems (for positions located in CA, FL, NC, and KS) or steam systems (for positions located in AK).
Must have Universal EPA 608 HVAC certification or steam experience based on location requirements.
Must have personal vehicle for on-the-job transportation.
Must have personal smart phone for on-the-job communication.

Responsibilities

Diagnoses, repairs, and maintains the physical condition and appearance of residential properties and other Mayroad assets (pool, community center, playgrounds, ice rinks, dog parks, community garden, etc.)
Performs repairs and maintenance including, but not limited to structural, paint, plumbing, HVAC (for positions located in CA, FL, NC, and KS), Steam (for positions located in AK), pressure washing, cleaning, electrical, etc., depending on assigned core duties.
