Maintenance Technician - General

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! In this role, you would be responsible for the full scope of building maintenance to include day-to-day repairs, preventative maintenance, planned works and renovations. Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in maintenance trade or equivalent vocational training.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Experience diagnosing maintenance needs including complex problems.
Responsibilities
- Performing all aspects of maintenance in and around the community.
- Ensuring repair work orders are processed and completed timely.
- Providing assistance to outside vendors as necessary.
- Ensuring all preventative maintenance works are completed in a timely manner and that all materials and tools are adequately stocked and properly stored.
- Assisting with resident moves
- Providing emergency or out of business hours maintenance as needed.
