About The Position
Konar Properties is a family-owned real-estate development company that develops, owns, and manages commercial properties and multi-family communities in Rochester and Western NY. We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician for our VIDA Apartments and Townhomes. This is a Floater position, requiring you to work at all communities managed and owned by Konar Properties as needed. We are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in apartment maintenance or similar trade.
- Experience in apartment turnovers.
- Skills in carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and drywall.
- High School Diploma or greater.
Responsibilities
- Work at all communities managed and owned by Konar Properties as needed.
- Perform maintenance tasks including carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and drywall.
- Complete apartment turnovers.
