About The Position

ETRIA Manufacturing USA Inc. (EMUS), a member of the Ricoh family of companies, is seeking a Maintenance Technician Electromechanical 2 for the 2nd shift (3:00 pm - 11:30 pm) to support the production process in their Toner Operations Group at the Lawrenceville manufacturing facility. The role involves maintaining manufacturing equipment and troubleshooting/repairing a wide range of equipment issues, utilizing experience and judgment to achieve goals. EMUS has a history of environmental conservation, community involvement, and steady growth, and is a joint venture with Toshiba TEC, a leading provider of toner products.

Requirements

Experience and sound judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Ability to perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
Ability to perform operational test and fault isolation on systems and equipment.
Ability to dismantle, adjust, repair, assemble, and rebuild equipment, electronic systems, circuitry, and computerized systems.
Ability to perform routine and preventative maintenance.
Ability to maintain proper documentation of work.

Responsibilities

Model "safety first" behaviors by ensuring operational procedures, equipment, and processes provide a safe work environment.
Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning manufacturing equipment.
Perform operational test and fault isolation on systems and equipment.
Dismantle, adjust, repair, assemble, and rebuild equipment, electronic systems, circuitry, and computerized systems according to plans, blueprints, manuals, or sketches.
Perform routine and preventative maintenance of manufacturing and warehouse equipment.
Maintain proper documentation of work (Work orders, PM check sheets, part usage, etc.).
May perform equipment modifications as directed by manufacturing engineers.
May perform other tasks to support manufacturing operations as directed by manufacturing/equipment engineers (e.g., install electrical conduits, wires, sensors, and controls per specifications).
