About The Position

Their primary responsibility is to support routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and help minimize downtime so our sites can deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience. Maintenance Technicians play a key role behind the scenes and should always aim to represent the brand by maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment.

Requirements

Basic mechanical aptitude or interest in maintenance work
Ability to learn equipment systems and troubleshooting processes
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and punctual with flexibility for varying schedules
Comfortable working in outdoor environments and around equipment

Nice To Haves

Prior car wash experience is preferred but not required—we provide on-site training to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on car wash equipment
Assist in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues and escalate as needed
Support preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime
Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment areas and maintenance spaces
Monitor equipment performance and report any issues promptly
Assist with inventory and organization of maintenance supplies and parts
Follow all safety procedures and company standards
