About The Position

ATS is a company with a presence in the United States, Mexico and the United Kingdom. We are professionals in Industrial Maintenance and we make factories run better. This role performs entry-level break-fix and preventative maintenance, including adjusting functional parts of devices and control instruments to sustain and improve operations, repairing or replacing defective parts, and repairing machine tools. The position also provides support and backup for other department members as needed, assures compliance with 5S and housekeeping standards, and completes on-the-job training for career development. The role involves updating records in CMMS, providing input in CI activities (processes, results, and cost savings), and following all safety-related policies, rules, regulations, technical instructions, and guidelines, while maintaining situational awareness and identifying unsafe behaviors and conditions.

Requirements

High School Graduate or equivalent (GED).
Must be able to use basic hand tools.
Knowledge of basic electrical, mechanical, and fluid power systems.

Responsibilities
