HVAC Apartment Maintenance Technician needed for 300-unit, Class A Community in Downtown - Atlanta, GA. EPA Certification is required. CPO preferred. Strong Technician needed with the ability to troubleshoot and work independently. On-call rotation required. Competitive pay, bonus and benefits. Full background verification. EOE
