About The Position
Join our team as a Maintenance Technician at our 300+ unit, Class A Apartment Community in Covington, GA. We are looking for someone to maintain the high standards of our Class A property through proactive facility management. This role will also participate in an on-call rotation to ensure resident needs are always met and build positive relationships with residents through exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- EPA and CPO certifications (required)
- Valid GA Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Excellent customer service skills and professional communication
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Responsibilities
