The Maintenance Coordinator serves as a staff member at will of Domestic Violence Intervention Services (DVIS). The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for maintaining or coordinating service, repair and maintenance of DVIS owned facilities and equipment that does not require a license issued by the State of Oklahoma or the City of Tulsa. This role emphasizes equity and inclusion, requiring an understanding of how identities can impact the workplace and a commitment to creating an inclusive environment for clients and employees. The position involves performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry, to ensure facilities are in good condition. It also includes diagnosing and repairing equipment, coordinating external repairs, and providing emergency services. Administrative duties involve maintaining a work order system, scheduling vendors, tracking routine maintenance, and coordinating outdoor maintenance. The role also requires adherence to safety regulations, maintaining confidentiality, and interacting with various stakeholders. DVIS reserves the right to modify duties and responsibilities.
