The Total Gas & Chemical Management (TGCM) Operations group provides semiconductor manufacturing customers with on-site safe, reliable, and cost-effective management of the gases and chemicals needed daily in the production of electronics materials. This service requires operating and maintaining gas and chemical distribution equipment and systems 24/7 without issue or interruption. Air Liquide Electronics offers innovative electronic materials that respond to increasingly challenging customer demands for improved mobility, connectivity, computing power, and energy consumption. We offer ultra-pure carrier gases, a wide range of specialty gases, and advanced precursor molecules, enabling equipment for safe distribution, purification, and on-line purity control.
