About The Position
The Tech 3 maintains the hallways, clubhouse and other common areas of the property as well as completes all cleaning functions necessary for turnover units and any guest suites. The Tech 3 works towards the common goals of satisfactory cash flow, positive resident relations and optimal resident retention.
Requirements

- Experience in Property Management: Previous experience in a similar role or field is highly desirable.
