About The Position
The Maintenance Technician 2 repairs and maintains all mechanical, electrical equipment, plumbing fixtures, structural facilities and grounds of the property. The Maintenance Technician 2 works towards the common goals of satisfactory cash flow, positive resident relations and optimal resident retention. This is a full-time position where the technician will ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards, providing a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
Requirements
- Experience in general maintenance work, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs.
- A knack for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Attention to detail.
- Customer service focus.
- Prior experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on property buildings and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more.
- Respond promptly to work orders, diagnose issues, and complete necessary repairs to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Conduct regular inspections of the properties to identify potential problems and address them proactively.
- Ensure that all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
