Maintenance Tech
About The Position
Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting repairs in accordance with submitted work orders. Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, landscaping and carpentry repairs. Perform preventative maintenance, reporting major repair and maintenance needs to Facilities Manager. Provide assistance with keeping the information in the maintenance software platform up to date. Complete independent projects. Assist Facilities Manager with project tracking and vendor management. Proactively identify and communicate to Maintenance Coordinator potential opportunities for maintenance projects. Assist in creating and scheduling preventive maintenance and service work orders. Perform building, equipment, grounds and system inspections to identify any issues. Meet and work with vendors to complete RFP's and projects. Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks. Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Service Excellence standards. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2-4 years maintenance experience required
- Must have valid drivers license and current insurance
- Must wear work appropriate shoes/boots and pants for Safety reasons

- Trade apprenticeship graduate preferred
