About The Position

Requirements
- Must have a Truck or Reliable transportation.
- Must be able to take rotation weekend calls/and take on-call emergencies.
Nice To Haves
- HVAC certification
- EPA certification
- CPO certification
- Experience with HVAC, EPA, or CPO
Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and maintaining/fixing electrical and plumbing (including water lines).
- Diagnosing and maintaining/fixing A/C and heating systems.
- Diagnosing and maintaining/fixing appliances (when applicable).
- Diagnosing and maintaining/fixing water irrigation systems.
- Diagnosing and maintaining/fixing stairs, gates, fences, patios, and railings.
- Diagnosing and maintaining/fixing tile, carpet, and flooring.
- Diagnosing and maintaining/fixing interior/exterior lights.
- Diagnosing and maintaining/fixing fireplaces and ceiling fans.
- Diagnosing and maintaining/fixing gas fixtures and appliances (where applicable).
- Diagnosing and maintaining/fixing shutters, doors, cabinets, windows, and sliding glass doors.
- Diagnosing and maintaining/fixing boilers, gas, and/or electric systems.
- Diagnosing and maintaining/fixing door locks, P.O. boxes, and locks.
- Diagnosing and maintaining/fixing security systems (where applicable).
- Diagnosing and maintaining/fixing ceiling leaks.
- Diagnosing and maintaining/fixing pool areas, tile, and pool furniture.
- Helping with moving appliances.
- Keeping the property clean.
