About The Position

Hillcrest Health & Living is seeking a Maintenance Tech for its senior care communities in the Omaha Metro, at Hillcrest Shadow Lake. The role supports building maintenance and repairs, preventative maintenance, resident-care equipment setup, and timely work-order completion. Starting pay is $19.00+ per hour, based on experience. Requirements

• One year of experience performing building maintenance.
• A valid driver's license is required.

Nice To Haves

• HVAC system knowledge is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all preventative maintenance is completed daily.
• Assist departments with move-ins and setting up equipment needed for resident care.
• Perform building repairs, including drywall repairs, painting, plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC troubleshooting.
• Document completed work.
• Respond to and complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Be available for on-call work as needed or scheduled.
