About The Position

Multi-Color Corporation (MCC) is seeking a Maintenance Tech/Electrician to support production equipment and facility maintenance. The role ensures electrical schematics and instrumentation are calibrated and current, troubleshoots unscheduled equipment downtime, performs repairs, and completes preventive maintenance. The technician works in a multi-shift production environment and supports an optimized production setting using Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles.

Requirements

• One or more years of demonstrated experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic applications.
• Basic knowledge of computers and operating systems.
• Ability to multitask and identify and execute process improvements as needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills to assess product output against specifications.
• Ability to read electrical schematics is preferred.
• Ability to meet the physical demands described, including frequently walking; standing; using hands; reaching; and regularly lifting or moving up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Vocational maintenance training certificate.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.
• Perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service in a multi-shift environment.
• Troubleshoot and repair machines using mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills.
• Support an optimized production environment by applying Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles.
• Maintain and repair the facility.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
