About The Position
We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to ensure the hotel’s facilities, guest rooms, and equipment are well-maintained and operating efficiently. Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance, responding to guest service requests, troubleshooting issues, and completing preventive maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate has basic skills in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, is detail-oriented, and provides excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Basic maintenance experience in areas such as plumbing, electrical, or general repairs is helpful, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Responding to guest maintenance requests
- Performing routine repairs and preventive maintenance
- Inspecting hotel rooms and common areas
- Troubleshooting basic plumbing, electrical, and equipment issues
- Ensuring all areas are safe, clean, and in working condition
