Responsibilities
- Oversees all maintenance operations for the property, ensuring systems and equipment are functioning efficiently and safely.
- Responsible for preventive maintenance programs, departmental leadership, and coordination with vendors and contractors.
- Maintains a clean, safe, and well-functioning facility for guests and team members.
