About The Position

The Maintenance Technician 2 at Lake Crest is a key member of our team who helps ensure residents receive timely, reliable service and that our community is maintained to a high standard. We're looking for an experienced maintenance professional who can independently troubleshoot and repair a variety of residential building systems while completing work safely, efficiently, and with minimal supervision. This position is ideal for a technician who enjoys solving problems, takes ownership of their work, and consistently delivers quality repairs and excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Proven maintenance experience with a solid understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general repairs.
• Ability to independently diagnose and resolve most maintenance issues with minimal supervision.
• Ability to take ownership of work orders and consistently deliver high-quality repairs.
• Ability to effectively prioritize competing maintenance requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build positive relationships with residents through professional communication and service.
• Willingness to assist in training and supporting less experienced technicians as needed.

Responsibilities
