About The Position

This role requires a highly motivated, self-directed individual capable of working with minimal supervision. The Maintenance Tech will be responsible for performing preventive and predictive maintenance on equipment, as well as troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues. Proficiency in programming PLCs and H.M.I. systems is preferred, and knowledge of robotic welders and stamping presses is a plus.

Requirements

Must have working knowledge of hand tools such as wrenches, saws, air tools, etc.
Must have previous maintenance experience.
Forklift experience is required.
Must be able to trouble shoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
Proficiency in PLC Troubleshooting Skills
Proficiency in Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills
Proficiency in 120/208/240/480 Voltage Systems
Proficiency in PLC Programming Experience
Proficiency in Pneumatics Troubleshooting
Proficiency in Industrial Electrical Experience
Proficiency in Metal Stamping & Forming (Progressive Die)
Proficiency in Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in programming PLCs (Allen Bradley, DL06, etc.), and H.M.I. systems is preferred.
Knowledge of robotic welders and stamping presses is a plus.
Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting programmable logic controllers preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic issues.
Troubleshoot Robotic Welders, Stamping Presses, Benders, Roll Former, CNC Lasers, CNC Brake Press, and general machinery.
Wear appropriate PPE.
Handle/lift/push/pull up to 40 lbs.
Perform tasks as assigned.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
Work in a team environment.
