Must have a truck or reliable transportation.
Must be able to take rotation weekend calls.
Must be able to take on-call emergencies.

Nice To Haves

HVAC certification
EPA certification
CPO certification
Experience with HVAC, EPA, or CPO

Responsibilities

Diagnosing and maintaining/fixing electrical and plumbing systems (including water lines).
Maintaining/fixing A/C and heating systems.
Maintaining/fixing appliances.
Maintaining/fixing water irrigation systems.
Maintaining/fixing stairs, gates, fences, patios, and railings.
Maintaining/fixing tile, carpet, and flooring.
Maintaining/fixing interior/exterior lights.
Maintaining/fixing fireplaces and ceiling fans.
Maintaining/fixing gas fixtures and appliances (where applicable).
Maintaining/fixing shutters, doors, cabinets, windows, and sliding glass doors.
Maintaining/fixing boilers, gas, and/or electric systems.
Maintaining/fixing door locks, P.O. boxes, and locks.
Maintaining/fixing security systems (where applicable).
Addressing ceiling leaks.
Maintaining/fixing pool areas, tile, and pool furniture.
Helping with moving appliances.
Keeping the property clean.
