About The Position
Charleston Place is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician who is dependable, hands-on, and committed to creating a community our residents are proud to call home. This role plays a key part in the overall resident experience, from maintaining the grounds to preparing apartments for new residents.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of maintenance experience
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current insurance
- Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Weekend and on-call availability required
Nice To Haves
- HVAC and/or CPO certifications preferred
Responsibilities
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of common areas
- Support lawn care and community grounds upkeep
- Assist with apartment turns and make-readies
- Complete general maintenance tasks and service requests
- Help ensure residents enjoy a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained community
