Requirements

An experienced forklift operator in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Safety-focused with an excellent work ethic.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Reliable with excellent attendance —dependability is essential for this position.
Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
A team player with strong communication skills.
Able to adapt to changing production priorities.

Nice To Haves

Forklift certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks.
Move raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods throughout the facility.
Maintain organized inventory and storage areas.
Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance concerns.
Work closely with Production, Shipping, and Warehouse teams to support production schedules.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate material movement and inventory records.
