About The Position
Stecker Machine is hiring a Maintenance Tech for its maintenance crew at a world-class CNC machine shop. The role supports production equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment installation. The position works first shift, from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Stecker Machine has over 250 employees and is located just south of Manitowoc off I-43.
Requirements
- Be a self-starter able to work with minimal supervision.
- Have a basic mechanical understanding of machines.
- Use a computer to track work.
- Attend work.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment.
- Fill and replace fluids on equipment.
- Assist the maintenance team with troubleshooting and repair.
- Help with installation of new equipment.
- Perform other duties as requested by Maintenance Supervision.
