Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in building or facility maintenance
  • HVAC knowledge strongly preferred
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Completing preventative maintenance tasks to keep systems running smoothly
  • Performing general repairs including drywall, painting, plumbing, and electrical
  • Troubleshooting HVAC systems and facility equipment
  • Assisting with move-ins and setting up equipment for resident care
  • Responding to and completing work orders in a timely manner
  • Accurately documenting completed work and maintenance logs
  • Participating in an on-call rotation as needed
