About The Position
The Maintenance Tech is responsible for ensuring the hotel is well-maintained and all equipment is in good working order. This role contributes to the overall guest experience by maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of general maintenance and repair procedures.
- Ability to use hand and power tools.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a hotel maintenance setting.
- Relevant certifications in maintenance or trades.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel facilities and equipment.
- Respond to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address potential issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.
- Assist with preventative maintenance programs.
