Responsible for demonstrating and promoting SRIM’s core value of the golden rule by treating residents, families, and associates in the same way we would like to be treated. With minimal supervision and guidance from the Maintenance Director, this role is responsible and accountable in assisting in the planning and coordination of all functions of the maintenance department to ensure an efficiently run community for environmental services. Duties include assisting in monitoring, coordinating, and completing maintenance duties to ensure the community is always in a clean, orderly, safe, and attractive condition. The role also involves reacting to and taking the lead in emergency repairs, assisting with aesthetic improvement plans, providing hands-on repairs, and ensuring a safe and secure working environment. Additionally, the Maintenance Tech will serve residents in the dining room and participate in leisure activities.
