We are working with a growing real estate investment and construction group that manages a consistent pipeline of residential properties requiring ongoing maintenance, repairs, and unit turns. This is an opportunity for a reliable, self-sufficient maintenance professional who prefers working independently and wants steady work without chasing leads. If you already do handyman or contractor work and are looking for consistent jobs and predictable income, this is a strong fit.
Requirements
- 2+ years of maintenance or handyman experience (4+ preferred)
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Your own tools
- Reliable vehicle
- Strong problem-solving skills across general maintenance
Nice To Haves
- HVAC EPA Certification (Type 2 or Universal)
- Plumbing or electrical experience
- Ability to pull permits
- Specialized trade experience
Responsibilities
- Complete general maintenance and repair work across residential properties
- Handle tasks such as flooring, painting, basic plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- Perform unit turns and make-ready work
- Manage your own workflow and schedule with minimal supervision
- Ensure high-quality workmanship with minimal callbacks
