About The Position

We are looking for a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the property remains safe, functional, and well-maintained through proactive preventative measures, timely repairs, and excellent guest service. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong troubleshooting abilities who takes pride in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike.

Requirements

Proven experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Physical ability to perform manual tasks, lift heavy objects, and work in various environmental conditions.

Nice To Haves

Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., HVAC, electrical) are a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance tasks across the property to ensure optimal operation and safety.
Respond promptly and effectively to maintenance requests and work orders from guests and staff.
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, drywall, carpentry, and other general maintenance issues.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and equipment to identify and address potential problems.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
Collaborate with team members to prioritize maintenance tasks and ensure minimal disruption to guests.
Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
