Requirements
- Moderate level experience in Carpentry
- Moderate level experience in Plumbing
- Moderate level experience in Electrical
- Moderate level experience in Drywall (All phases from setup, installation, and finishing)
- Moderate level experience in Painting (interior and exterior)
- Moderate level experience in HVAC system maintenance
- Moderate level experience in Acoustic tile work
- Ability to read blueprints
- Ability to complete required paperwork and documentation
- Follow-up on building maintenance post-repair
- Excellent communication skills
- Responsible work history and reference
Nice To Haves
- Education, training, and/or certification in these areas
Responsibilities
- Able to demonstrate skills and knowledge of building maintenance.
- Make minor repairs, paint, change filters and light fixtures, etc. Also utilize Tells application
- Utilize HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing/Construction/Carpentry/Trouble-shooting experience
- Possess Leadership skills
- Able to work well with others
- Responsible work history and reference
- Able to provide guidance as directed under facility administrator.
- Willing to travel to our other facilities to work when needed
