About The Position

As our Maintenance Technician, you are the heartbeat of our facility in Holly Springs. You won't just be a General Maintenance Worker; you'll be a problem-solver who ensures our buildings are safe and functional. Your day-to-day as a Facilities Maintenance Technician will include:

Performing minor repairs on plumbing (sinks, toilets), electrical (switches, lighting), and HVAC systems.

Handling carpentry tasks, painting, and structural repairs like fixing doors or windows.

Completing work orders quickly while keeping great records of your labor and materials.

Using your skills to spot safety hazards before they become problems.

Maintaining a company vehicle and ensuring it stays in great working order.

Requirements

• 1+ year maintenance experience
• HS Diploma/GED
• knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical
• At least 1 year in a maintenance role where you’ve worked with your hands.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Comfort climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repair.
• A pleasant, "can-do" spirit when talking to co-workers and clients.
