About The Position
The Maintenance Tech at CSC Management is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to maintenance, repair, and general upkeep of our properties. This includes identifying and resolving issues, conducting regular maintenance inspections, and responding to service requests in a timely manner. This is a Part Time position.
Requirements
- Prior experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred
- Strong knowledge of building systems and general repair techniques
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Physical stamina and strength to handle manual labor tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance inspections and identify any issues or necessary repairs
- Respond to service requests from tenants and address any maintenance or repair issues
- Complete repairs and general upkeep tasks, including plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry work
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities performed
- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of all common areas and grounds
Benefits
- Hourly Pay Rate: $21.00 - $23.50
