About The Position

Maintenance Techs are responsible for upkeep and repair duties, including identifying repair needs, responding to guests’ maintenance requests, and servicing company equipment. The successful candidate should be skilled, hard-working, and have strong problem-solving abilities, physical stamina, and technical knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and an aptitude for problem-solving.
• Ability to work as a team player.
• Physical stamina and technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance tasks, including painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and minor pool and spa repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair company machinery, equipment, or appliances.
• Note items in need of attention while walking throughout the property.
• Respond to guest room and maintenance calls in a timely manner.
• Keep maintenance storage areas neat and clean.
• Participate in inventory control.
