Requirements

At least one year of hands-on maintenance experience, including areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, HVAC, appliance repair, or general building maintenance.
Enjoy solving problems and take pride in finding practical, high-quality solutions.
Pay close attention to detail and consistently deliver dependable work.
Communicate clearly and treat guests, teammates, and vendors with professionalism and respect.
Thrive in a collaborative, inclusive environment and enjoy helping wherever you're needed.
Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including weekends or holidays as business needs require.
High school diploma or GED; technical or trade training is a plus.
Able to safely lift, carry, climb, bend, crawl, push, and pull as required for the role.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to workplace safety and consistently follow PPE and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance to keep guest rooms, public spaces, and resort facilities operating at their best.
Troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, HVAC, appliances, and general building systems.
Respond promptly to guest and operational maintenance requests with professionalism and care.
Inspect equipment and facilities to identify potential concerns before they become larger issues.
Safely operate hand and power tools while following company safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout the property.
Support emergency maintenance needs when required to help ensure a seamless guest experience.
Collaborate with teammates across departments to keep the resort running smoothly.
Complete maintenance documentation accurately and report repair needs or safety concerns.
Pitch in with additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and our guests.
