Hooray for maintenance-free senior living! Be the behind-the-scenes magic that keeps our senior community running in tip-top shape. Put your knowledge of building maintenance and your familiarity with structural, electrical, plumbing, security, heating and cooling systems, and building safety to work serving older adults. You’ll love our residents, and they’ll be grateful for your expertise.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Knowledge in repairing plumbing, electrical, painting, finishing and hvac systems
- A love for working with seniors
- A flexible, fun, energetic people person who is capable of projecting calm, care, & professionalism in all work-related situations

Responsibilities
