About The Position
Coastal Harbor Health System is comprised of a 145-bed hospital for children and adolescents, providing both short- and long-term inpatient care, and a 50-bed inpatient hospital serving men and women, ages 18 and up. Requirements
- High School diploma, plus technical training and experience
- Current GA Driver's license
- 3-5 years experience working in a psychiatric hospital setting
Responsibilities
- Conducts routine heating and air conditioning maintenance.
- Maintains organization’s grounds.
- Carries out routine plumbing and electrical maintenance and repair.
- Carries out routine building maintenance tasks.
- Prepares facility for special functions.
- Responds in a timely manner to alarms and codes.
- Ensures the maintenance of a clean facility.
