About The Position
Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the maintenance tech is responsible for completing assigned maintenance projects, as well as daily maintenance tasks for the Easton Branch. He/she has a direct effect on the efficient operation of the branch programs. This person will provide a healthy, safe and clean environment. He/she will reflect and display the values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility.
Requirements
- High school graduate
- Knowledge of basic maintenance requirements
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Able to do three flights of stairs
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend and stoop
- Shoveling to accommodate needs
Responsibilities
- Completing assigned maintenance projects
- Performing daily maintenance tasks for the Easton Branch
- Providing a healthy, safe, and clean environment
