About The Position

Responsible for site maintenance and repair, including production equipment and facilities. The role performs preventive maintenance and repairs on manual and automated blending and packaging equipment used in industrial chemical cleaning production.

Requirements

• Forklift certification.
• High school diploma or GED; specialized vocational courses may be included.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven and motivated, with the ability to work with limited supervision.
• Ability to perform duties with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend business documents such as operational manuals and work orders.
• Two to three years of maintenance experience and production, manufacturing, PLCs, robotics, or other business-related experience within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems, and complete appropriate repairs in a timely manner.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on operating equipment, including production packaging, materials transfer facilities, and powered equipment such as scissor lifts and company vehicles, according to maintenance connection task requirements.
• Perform minor design and operation work on new or used equipment for operational improvement projects.
• Maintain accurate maintenance work records using the computer management system.
• Handle chemical waste treatment and disposal.
• Perform duties specified by the Supervisor/Manager.
