About The Position
Newly renovated restaurant seeking a part-time Maintenance Tech for grounds keeping and light repair. The ideal candidate is a mature, self-starting individual capable of identifying and implementing improvements, solving problems, and maintaining an organized workspace. This role involves a mix of outdoor grounds maintenance and indoor light repairs.
Requirements
- Must have a driver's license
- Must have an Organized Work Space
- Must be a self starter
- Must be able to lift over 50#
- Must be able to climb ladders for roof issues

- Troubleshooter on kitchen equipment
- Troubleshooter on water heater
- Troubleshooter on AC units
Responsibilities
- Keeping grounds clean and debris-free
- Trimming of grass and light landscaping
- Cleaning and organizing
- Knowledge and repair of light electrical work
- Knowledge and repair of light plumbing
- Experience in drywall repair and painting
- Light carpentry and repairs of walls, cracks, and blemishes
- Drywall and spackling
- Upkeep facilities
- Help set up restaurants for service to open
- Helping the staff set up outside dining areas
- Work with Sub Contractors to repair items and issues beyond the maintenance job description
