Maintenance Tech -Part Time
About The Position
Sentry Management, Inc., a leader in the Community Association Management Industry has an immediate opening for a Part Time Maintenance Tech at one of our communities in Altamonte Springs, FL. The Maintenance team member is responsible for keeping the community operating smoothly. The team member will be required to perform a wide range of tasks around the complex. Being reliable with a keen eye, great work ethic and attitude are important for this job. You must also be customer friendly as there are residents that you will encounter. You must also possess manual dexterity and physical stamina and able to lift 50 pounds.

- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must pass a background check

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning activities such as wiping things down, mopping etc.
- Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Perform minor fixes such as checking for water leaks and broken sprinklers
- Pressure washing every six months
- Keep parking spaces numbers painted for identification
- Check building for damages
- Remove bee's nests needed
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Work well with a team
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
