Responsibilities

Diagnosing and maintaining/fixing electrical and plumbing (including water lines).
Diagnosing and maintaining/fixing A/C and heating systems.
Diagnosing and maintaining/fixing appliances (when applicable).
Diagnosing and maintaining/fixing water irrigation systems.
Diagnosing and maintaining/fixing stairs, gates, fences, patios, and railings.
Diagnosing and maintaining/fixing tile, carpet, flooring.
Diagnosing and maintaining/fixing interior/exterior lights.
Diagnosing and maintaining/fixing fireplaces, ceiling fans.
Diagnosing and maintaining/fixing gas fixtures and appliances (where applicable).
Diagnosing and maintaining/fixing shutters, doors, cabinets, windows, sliding glass doors.
Diagnosing and maintaining/fixing boiler, gas, and/or electric.
Diagnosing and maintaining/fixing door locks, P.O. boxes, and locks.
Diagnosing and maintaining/fixing security systems (where applicable).
Diagnosing and maintaining/fixing ceiling leaks.
Diagnosing and maintaining/fixing pool areas, tile, pool furniture.
Helping with moving appliances.
Keeping the property clean.
