About The Position

This position will work PM shifts and some AM shifts, 40+ hrs/ week. The role involves making repairs to electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment as needed, with minimum downtime. It also includes conducting welding, carpentry, painting (including residential painting), and facilities equipment maintenance. The technician will ensure that chemicals and hazardous materials are used and stored properly, and that all required reporting is done accurately. Additionally, the role involves leading minor renovation projects or facility upgrades with attention to safety protocols and quality standards, and providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from guests or staff, ensuring minimal disruption.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one year’s trade-related and/or training in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and building maintenance.
Working knowledge of basic hand and power tools.
Ability to collaborate within a diverse team dynamic.
Ability to work calmly under pressure.
