About The Position

As the 3rd Shift Maintenance Tech, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on our production equipment and facilities. This is a full-time position on the 3rd shift.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills
• Experience with troubleshooting and repairing production equipment
• Knowledge of building systems, such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to work on the 3rd shift and be available for emergency maintenance calls as needed
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks, such as standing, bending, and climbing ladders

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including troubleshooting and diagnosing issues
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is running efficiently and minimize downtime
• Inspect and maintain building systems, such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, to ensure they are functioning properly
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Keep detailed records of maintenance and repair work completed
• Assist with equipment installations and upgrades as needed
• Collaborate with other maintenance team members and production staff to identify and resolve maintenance issues
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored
