About The Position

The Maintenance Tech Support Coordinator provides tooling and material support to Excellerate facilities. The ideal candidate is skilled in the use of a PC and Microsoft Office Suite. An understanding of tool inventory and preventive maintenance programs preferred.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
6 months to 1 year of experience
Skilled in the use of a PC and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
Maintains and tracks tool inventory for Excellerate and Faith tools.
Works with manufacturing floor team members to coordinate tool repair and replacements.
Be the main contact for tool issues and concerns.
Maintain all calibrated tools.
Set up calibrations and track tool location.
Maintain tool records; Inventory, log, cleaning.
Work with Tool Watch to track tools and to maintain and set up preventive maintenance programs for tools/equipment.
Assist with shipping/scheduling/purchasing of tools, including, deliveries and pick-ups with the Faith Tooling and Excellerate facilities.
Able to drive company vehicles as qualified and required by the FTI Fleet team. MVR required.
Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
Able to operate Forklift, scissors lift, mobile staircase, ladder, and pallet jack, following all safety policies.
Maintain cleanliness and 5s principles.
Coordinates with Buildings and Grounds on facility repairs and service calls.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
