Requirements
- Previous painting or maintenance experience required.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and general repair practices.
Responsibilities
- Perform painting, patching, and finishing work on walls, doors, and other surfaces.
- Assist with preventative maintenance and repair tasks as assigned.
- Support project work and improvements throughout the building and grounds.
- Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are kept safe, clean, and organized.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
