About The Position

The Maintenance Technician III role at the Lancaster PA location provides support to the Maintenance team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to: Provide skill to execute, Repairs, improvements, rebuilds, and shop projects as needed. Complete multi-skill work including but not limited to, wiring, rigging, and replacement of Circulation fans, mesh belt conveyors, and various other electro/mechanical assemblies around the facility as required. Complete predictive preventative, lubrication, inspection, Preventive Maintenance (PM) routes as assigned. (Ultrasonic, Vibration, Lubrication). Be able to lift 50 lbs., and work on your feet. Fixed, 12-hour schedule, every other weekend required.
